There is only a link to Laserbox (the link to Laserbox BASIC is dead), which seem like it might be causing issues connecting via USB... according to this page, Laserbox does not work with XTool D1 Where can I download Laserbox BASIC?

WebAug 7, 2024 · When the origin is set to the bottom left and I press the Y+ button the laser moves in the Y- direction but the Y value is positive (i.e. Y: +1.00).
